Groups and Workshops
One of the most meaningful and powerful ways to heal is in community with others. Counseling & Psychological Services offers a variety of groups and workshops for different needs and interests.
Building and Strengthening Relationships:
- Connect & Reflect Group for Undergraduate students (Wednesdays • 4:30-6:00 pm • CWB)
- Connect & Reflect Group for Graduate students (Wednesdays • 3:00-4:20 pm • Mpls Campus)
- Connect & Reflect Group focused on BIPOC and International Student Experiences

Managing Well-Being:
- Anxiety Toolbox Workshop (fall schedules and locations)
- Self-Compassion Workshop (This group will resume spring semester. Check back for more info.)
Shared Experiences:
- Racial Justice from the Inside Out
(Fridays • 11:00am -12:00pm • November 8, December 6, via Zoom, ) - VIBES – Voracious. Inner. Black. Emotion. Self-Knowledge. (Thursdays • 11:45am-1:15 pm • CWB)
- LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Group (This group will resume spring semester. Check back for more info.)
- Connect & Reflect groups also support students in exploring areas of both similarities and differences
