Anxiety Toolbox Workshop: a 4-week interactive workshop to learn and practice a variety of strategies to help navigate anxiety. The workshop gives you tools for your toolbox that you can start to use right away to begin relaxing and redirect anxiety more effectively.

St. Paul Campus: An initial consultation appointment with a counselor is required for undergraduate or graduate students on the St. Paul campus.
