We value teaching and learning -- faculty members, not teaching assistants, teach 100% of our undergrad classes. Smaller class sizes (average is 21 students per class) means the professor knows your name, and is available to answer questions.

Students have opportunities to learn through doing on campus and in the community; academic learning extends to study abroad opportunities and co-curricular events or activities. Many undergrads collaborate with professors on research and 81% have real-world internships.

Majors and Minors

St. Thomas has a wide range of over 150 majors and minors, including:

  • 10+ majors in Business
  • 20+ majors in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)

During your degree you will explore both theory and practical application via our core curriculum and degree-specific courses. Our curriculum includes skill-building in communication, complex problem-solving, cultural competency, global perspectives, and entrepreneurship.

Receive Credits for IB
