The Office of International Students & Scholars (OISS) provides comprehensive immigration and support services to international students and scholars while supporting them in pursuit of their educational, personal and professional goals.
We use our expertise in the field of government policies and regulations and our international networks to provide individualized, personalized, and timely support to every international student & scholar.
We do not simply want international students & scholars to adapt to life at St. Thomas, we seek to help them grow, succeed, and achieve their full potential while remaining true to their cultural values.
