Leadership Opportunities
Sunberg Leadership Center
The Frank and Judy Sunberg Leadership Center is designed to provide all St. Thomas students with the materials and gathering space they need to enhance their leadership potential. St. Thomas students may use this collaborative space for meetings, event planning and social space.
The center houses office space for the Inclusive Leadership Collaboratory (ILC), a multicultural environment where students can engage in foundational learning experiences that will help them develop the attitudes, knowledge, and skills needed for inclusive leadership in an increasingly diverse world.
Leading Edge Program
At the Â鶹´«Ã½, we believe that leadership can be learned and developed by anyone. It is the application of knowledge, qualities, and skills applied in any situation that is not tied just to those who hold titles or formal positions.
Developing leadership skills is a life-long journey and, through Leading Edge, we want to help you kick start that journey by introducing you to 6 important components to leadership.
Tommie Engagement Consultants
We want all students to feel connected to campus. Sometimes that can be a little overwhelming. Tommie Engagement Consultants (TEC) is a student-centered program dedicated to connecting you to opportunities on campus. Whether you are looking for a student club to join, things to do on the weekend, ways to develop your leadership skills, or campus jobs, TECs are excited to help you find your place at St. Thomas through one-on-one coaching sessions and personalized engagement plans.
Connect with a TEC by filling out the . After we receive your form, we’ll schedule a meeting over coffee or an afternoon snack (it’s on us!) to discuss potential involvement opportunities.
