Transfer Houses

St. Thomas has two on-campus houses specifically for transfer students who are in their second year of college and above. The houses are located on Mid-Campus, conveniently close to academic buildings.

2110 Summit Ave Women's Transfer House

Specifications for 2110 Summit Ave Women's Transfer House

Type of Resident	Transfer students new to St. Thomas
Location	Mid-campus;
Room/Bath Style	4 single rooms 2 double rooms
Number of Floors and Residents	8 residents live on 2 floors with 2 full and 2 half-bathrooms
Configuration	2 single rooms & 1 double room on each floor
Common Areas	A kitchen, dining room, and living room is on each floor Laundry is located in the lower level
Furniture Included	Bedroom furniture includes, for each student: Extra-long twin bed and mattress, dresser, and closet or wardrobe space. The living rooms have a couch, end table and coffee table. The kitchens include a stove and refrigerator/freezer, plus sink and microwave. The dining rooms have a dining table and chairs.
WiFi, Cable, Internet	All residences come with wired and wireless (wifi) internet connections and cable television access.
Heating and Cooling	Thermostat in house for radiator heat; no air conditioning
Meal Plan	Not required
