Sustainability Living Learning Community
Through your experiences, you will engage in hands-on activities to understand the complexity of key environmental themes and explore sustainable solutions. You will build a close-knit community in Dowling Hall and take part in a course that employs case studies, computer mapping exercises, community partners and some outdoor field work to actively examine important environmental issues facing humanity today.
You will participate in a camping trip in September and engage with local community partners doing sustainability work. We will also explore local companies using sustainable methods or developing sustainable products as part of their business plan.
