An Intimate Space
With seating up to 75, the chapel is an intimate space for personal reflection and Mass.
Graceful and modern, the chapel provides a space for all to step away from the bustle of city life and to enter into great silence. Located within the on our Minneapolis campus, the Chapel of Saint Thomas More is a space for prayer and worship for the university community, particularly those members at the Minneapolis campus.
Mass is celebrated once a week during the fall and spring semesters. The Chapel is open for personal prayer and meditation for students daily, Monday through Friday.

A small organ calls the Chapel of St. Thomas More home, helping to enrich Mass services with its music.
In 2021, Nicholas Markell '84 created an icon of St. Josephine Bakhita that hangs outside the chapel. She is the patron saint of human trafficking victims and Sudan.
In 2023, the School of Law installed the St. Kateri Tekakwitha icon by Nicholas Markell '84. The icon honors the patron saint of the environment and Native Americans.
St. Thomas offers multiple worship and prayer spaces and opportunities to pray on campus.
