DEI Ambassador Program
The Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion established the DEI Ambassador program to align and strengthen DEI efforts and strategies across the university.
The Ambassadors are staff, faculty and administrators at St. Thomas. They serve as liaisons representing the respective schools, colleges and staff departments and each hold a leadership role in facilitating, connecting and coordinating DEI efforts within their area of the organization. The program fosters a collective mindset for courageous innovations, transparency and shared accountability in creating a culture of belonging across all institutional levels.
